1. Am I Locked in to a Contract?
No, services are month to month and you can cancel at any time. Once you sign up for our website hosting package or website add-ons, you will be charged monthly to continue service and you may cancel at any time.
2. What If I Need Changes to My Website?
No problem. Just email or text your dedicated customer service representative with any revisions and they will be completed within 1-2 business days. We provide up to 2 revisions per month with our website hosting and maintenance.
3. How Do I Get Leads From My Website? Are They Free?
People who go to your website will either call you directly or fill in the form on your website requesting you to reach out to them. If they fill in the form, your website will send you an email with their contact information and your website will also send them an email letting them know you will be reaching out to them soon. There are no charges for leads through your website, anyone who fills in your form is your lead!
4. I Can't Find the Leads in my Email.
It's VERY IMPORTANT that you check your Spam/Junk folder in your email every day, just like you check your inbox. Not only might some of the leads from your website wind up in there, but direct emails from your customers could be in your spam folder and they could be waiting for your reply too.
