No, all of our services are month to month and you can cancel at any time.
2. What Kind of Support Do You Offer?
We like to think our support is better than other companies. From your first inquiry to Top Rated Systems, you are assigned to your dedicated support representative (based out of our Houson, TX corporate office). Each time you reach out to Top Rated Systems or need support, your call will be routed to your assigned staff member to ensure you are always working with the same person who knows you, your business, and your needs. Need changes to your website or systems? Simply call, text, or email and your dedicated customer service representative will make sure your changes are completed completed within 1 business day.
3. With Your Website Package, Are Leads From My Website Free?
People who go to your website will either call you directly or fill in the form on your website requesting you to reach out to them. If they fill in the form, your website will send you an email with their contact information and your website will also send the customer an email letting them know you will be reaching out to them soon. There are no charges for leads through your website, anyone who fills in your form is your lead!
4. What Kind of Questions Can Samantha on Call Ai Ask?
We can train Samantha to ask or answer up to 20 questions and answers you provide, but keep in mind customers don't typically like to answer too many questions on a call, so always keep your customer experience in mind. You will get an email summary of the call once the call is complete.
